  • Who Is Barnett Bail Bonds?

    We are a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the community for close to 40 years.

  • What areas of Florida do you serve?

    We are available to service other counties and in some cases other states.

    We are located directly behind the Indian River County jail.

  • How do you handle bail amounts?

    Bail Bonds in the state of Florida, as set by the Department of Insurance. 10% of bond amount that is set at $1000 or higher. Minimum of $100 for any bond set below $1000. For example; a bond set at $500 will be $100 to the bondsman. Federal Bonds are 15% of the bond amount, minimum of $100.


  • Do you accept collateral?

    Collateral is only taken on an as needed basis.  

  • Can you provide warrant information?

    We, in most cases, are able to provide warrant information and can walk you through the process of turning your self in in the most comfortable way providing there is a bond set.

  • Do you provide out-of-state assistance?

    We are able to bond out your loved ones even while you are out of town.  We are happy to help discussing everything over the phone.  Any paperwork requiring a signature can be emailed, faxed or sent regular mail.

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    We take all forms of payment, Cash, Check, Credit Card and Venmo.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are available 24 hours a day.  It is always best to call first to be sure we are indeed in the office.  

      


  • Can you tell when the court date is?

    We will provide you with your  court date when we have posted your bond, providing that county has pre-set the court dates.  IF not we will inform you once received.  And our computer sends out text reminders for court dates throughout your time on bond.
